I'm so glad that have chosen to look us up! We have lots of activities for the children to participate in here at Ellerbe Road Baptist Church. In addition to our regular weekly activities we have special fellowship events planned throughout the year - be sure and check out all the upcoming events and make plans to visit us soon!

Our Vision for the Children's Ministry
Our Children's Ministry KIDS INC. exists for one reason -- to help Children know, love, and follow God with all their hearts, souls, and strength. That they may ultimately shine like stars in the Universe, spreading God's light and the "Good News" of the Gospel to everyone they encounter!
We accomplish this vision for our children by reaching out to children and their families in our community by providing safe, enriching , biblically sound teaching, and fun fellowship events in a way that engages today's child in grades 1st - 5th grade.
The goal of the KIDS INC. Children's Ministry is to partner with parents to teach our Children how to lead a faithful Christian life and how to love one another. We use the acronym "S.H.I.N.E." to ensure that every teacher, program, and fellowship activity is following our Vision for the Children's Minsitry
S. - Seek the will of God for each of their lives (Luke 18:16)
H. - Help them hide the Word of God in their hearts (Psalm 119:11)
I. - Instill in them a love for the Lord their God (Deut. 6:5)
N. - Nourish their spiritual growth through prayer and biblically sound teaching (Prov. 22:6)
E. - Encourage by Christian example (Titus 2:7)

Join us for modern contemporary praise and worship music with videos on the big screen, Biblically sound Bible teaching, Drama, wacky game competitions, and more! We teach our kids that it is fun to praise our God, and most importantly why we should be praising our God!!
